Former Google exec Dave Phillips joins Continent 8 as VP of Network

Continent 8 Technologies has announced the appointment of Dave Phillips as VP of Network. 

Phillips spent 15 years at Google, where he held a range of leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, Delivery and Product teams. 

In this role, he will oversee the company’s global network, which covers more than 100 locations across four continents, including 30 states in the US. Phillips will lead a global team of networking specialists located in the UK,betfair poker apk Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore and India. 

Continent 8 Technologies CTO Edward O'Connor said: “Dave is a highly experienced network technologist with an incredible amount of Internet industry experience having been at Google through their hyper-growth phase over the past 15 years.
